COACHING: We create a safe space to allow you to be vulnerable, and guide you in clearing the path to help you focus on making impactful change, and building greater self awareness. We work with clients from all levels of the business all the way up to C-Suite + founders, coaching in a 1:1 format as well as coaching teams, specialising with Leadership teams. PEOPLE + CULTURE: We support all aspects of the people experience, from talent acquisition to performance + L+D related projects. We can work with your people team in an advisory capacity to enable that team to grow, or we can take the lead and deliver on key people projects working with key stakeholders directly. PSYCHOMETRICS: With our in-house Organisational Psychologist, we are able to offer access to a range of psychometric tools to support key people initiatives in assessment + selection and personal development. These are particularly powerful when looking at leadership styles + team effectiveness, and the perfect self awareness exercise when embarking on your coaching journey. MENTORING: With our mentoring offering, we specialise in supporting People leads based on our extensive experience of being that key role in a business. Mentoring is a one-on-one learning relationship that enables lasting personal and professional development by exchanging knowledge, sharing experience, stress testing ideas, and ultimately empowering the mentee.
