Our journey started in the heart of Johar Town, Lahore, where we established our first physical store in the bustling G1 market. Initially, we launched with two primary touchpoints, a physical store, and a website, allowing customers to easily place orders online and pick them up in-store. Moreover, Voon Express offers customers residing within a 30-minute distance from our physical store the option to have their online grocery orders delivered to their homes from our store. This service effectively transforms our store into a fulfillment hub, providing customers with a convenient and efficient online grocery shopping experience.
