Volunteer in Israel (VOIS) invites individuals from all over the world to volunteer in Israeli social service institutions engaged in assisting children, serving the elderly, helping people with physical, intellectual, and developmental disabilities, as well as women and youth at risk, Holocaust survivors, and others. Sponsored and overseen by the Ministry of Labor, Social Affairs, and Social Services, VOIS offers volunteers an opportunity to make a substantial impact in the lives of people in need while exploring all that Israel has to offer. Volunteers are integrated in the full care centers for adults and children with special needs, which are managed and supervised by the Israeli government.
