Volati's business concept is to create value by acquiring companies with proven business models, leading market positions and strong cash flows at reasonable valuations and further developing these with a focus on long-term value creation. The strategy is to build on the companies' identity and entrepreneurial spirit and to add leadership, knowledge, processes and financial resources. Volati has operations in 18 countries and over 1,900 employees in 11 business units with an annual turnover of approximately SEK 7.5 billion. Volati's ordinary shares and preferred shares have been listed on Nasdaq Stockholm since 2016.
