A vibrant, self-sustaining and fun community hosted on a digital platform to create connection for our serving and retired community of Lancers. Face-to-face connection plays an important role in building the networks that sustain, support and increase our own sense of community, and most importantly, reduce the loss of identity that former serving personnel suffer when leaving the military. Virtual Lancer is a hub to connect with old friends, find out what is going on, get career advice and job opportunities and join in the events and get togethers that improve our sense of connection, increase our resilience and reduce our risk of poor mental health.
