Our Endocrinology division also provides outpatient care in several clinics throughout Pennsylvania. Vital Healthcare Solutions division of Psychiatry provides experienced and compassionate care in to short term care, respite and long term care patients. Staff visit personal and memory care, assisted living and skilled nursing facilities. Psychiatrists and advanced practice providers offer intimate consultations and individualized treatment plans with frequent follow up and consistency of providers. The mental health staff practice broad scope and highly specialized adult psychiatry. Mental health plans are developed for residents in the comfort of their own spaces. Psychiatry providers involve the staff and loved ones as an integral part in developing treatment plans that are both CMS compliant and focus on the individual’s needs.
