The Neptune Festival is a private, non-profit organization that produces more than 40 events in Virginia Beach each year. Join us for free concerts and seaside wine tastings, athletic events and a 30-block long celebration of the beach life on the boardwalk. We've been Celebrating the Beach Life since 1974!
