BQN Berlin's project "Vielfaltsgerechte Nachwuchskräftesicherung für Berliner KMU" is part of the Berlin state network in the nationwide funding program "Integration through Qualification (IQ)". The goal is to shape personnel diversity and to support SMEs in finding & retaining personnel. With a view to your resources and needs, we work together to develop SME-specific solutions and possible courses of action. The consultation is free of charge and covers topics such as: - Recruitment and stabilization of the team; - Management of change processes in the company; - Optimization of recruitment and selection procedures with regard to the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG); - Strengthening of management and specialist staff; - Dealing with resistance and successful communication in the team; - Development of diversity competence, etc. To whom is the offer intended? - You are open to new ways of recruiting personnel; - You would like to reposition your team with more diversity; - You would like to retain qualified professionals in the long term; - You would like to remain competitive in the future.
