Victrix' key holdings: EBE: Victrix is the sole shareholder of EBE, a Belgian shipowner founded in 2016, which owns and operates a fleet of modern dry bulk carriers. Avignonesi: Founded in 1974, Avignonesi is the leading winery in the Montepulciano area of Tuscany. Today, Avignonesi owns ~ 180 hectares of vineyards in the Montepulciano and Cortona appellations and produces its wine with organic and biodynamic farming methods and a state-of-the-art winemaking facility. Avignonesi is currently under B-Corp certification.
