We are a selection and recruitment agency that specializes in matching high potentials with their dream job and helps companies in their search for the right people. Our expertise is in finding and placing (higher) educated profiles, both in permanent and temporary positions. Unlike most recruitment agencies we put our candidates first. Recruitment is about more than just filling an open position for us. It is our mission to match the right people with the right job. This begins with our interviews which are an open two-way conversation about qualifications, but also professional values, personality traits and expectations. We have a A to Z approach in which we unburden our clients and take care of the whole recruitment process. In addition to finding, assessing and placing strong profiles we also provide HR advice. Our offices are situated in Gent, Antwerp, Brussels, Leuven and Zaventem, so there is always an office nearby where you are most welcome for a chat!
