We’re a luxury real estate and development firm, but more than that we want to be a catalyst for change. We understand that making change doesn’t happen by accident, it happens when we use our skills to equip others for success. Founder Peyton Thompson, is Texas born and raised in California. Before his return to Texas, and subsequent settling in Austin, Peyton spent six years playing in the NFL. In 2019, Peyton returned to Texas to focus on luxury development projects in West Austin. During his time investing with an innovative residential design-build firm, he gained invaluable, real life experience in legal documents, design, selections and all of the intricacies included in the development process.
