As such we are able to approach our clients openly and honestly with solutions to their current problems or simply help improve their current means of conducting business. Once a customer has provided us with all the necessary information to begin formulating a plan that will improve their logistics and transportation needs we will begin to work side by side with them as a partner making sure even after the plan is put into effect that not only from day one, but for the duration of the business relationship things continue to run smoothly. As a business partner it is important to do our part in staying involved and continuing to create good communication between all parties so not only has the venture been successful, but also continues to improve. Our services are FREE of charge! Most consultants will ask for a percentage based on the savings they create for a customer for the duration of the contract & at the end of the contract find a way to renew it. We do not need a contract nor do we need to charge a fee because we have negotiated with those who own the trucks, trains, planes, boats, brokerage firms, warehouses, etc. into giving our customer the same rate they would if we were one of their employees in exchange for bringing them business and not being on their pay role they pay us a small percentage for the duration of the business relationship. Thus, we are a free means of advertising and bringing in business they did not have, and would not have had if we had not brought them together with our client (s). Thus, you (the client) get a FREE service! No contract is needed at Versatile Solutions.
