Under holding company Pressure Thermal Dynamics (PTD) and with its globally located sister organizations, Verolme is a state-of-the-art player in the development, engineering and manufacturing of process equipment in high grade materials such as titanium, super-duplex and high-nickel alloys (e.g. 800H material). Verolme is manufacturing complex and/or high grade alloy scrubbers, related spools and other installation support items for some of the leading scrubber system suppliers in the world. With its service organization, Verolme is able to perform any kind of welding and repair service with the tools and teams available, positioned on strategic locations around the globe; even on board to perform the work during sailing. As part of group synergies, Verolme is a service provider for revisions, modifications and overhauling large bore diameter hydraulic cylinders. The targeted hydraulic cylinders are used in various heavy duty applications in a wide variety of off- and on-shore locations. PTD is the parent company of Verolme (Moerdijk, the Netherlands), Schelde Exotech (Vlissingen, the Netherlands), Logan Industries (Texas, Alabama and Louisiana in the United States and in Singapore) and Nordic Custom (Tallinn, Estonia). PTD serves blue chip end-customers in the chemical, silicon (solar & electronics), nuclear, maritime and oil & gas markets.
