Vernacular Architectural Design, PLLC Founded in May 2015, by Principal Christopher Kozub, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP bringing his passion for design and construction directly to clients and partners locally and across the US. Chris has extensive experience in multiple project sectors allowing Vernacular's team to deliver tailored professional services to each client. Utilizing leading edge design and visualization solutions including immersive Virtual Reality, Vernacular places its clients in their project long before construction begins. The benefit is savings in each project stage as well as shorter build durations. This process leads to total project cost reduction because decisions are made when the cost to change a design component or system is low compared to when a project is under construction.
