Following extensive experience in European import and consultancy, in 2019 we formed Elite Offsite Ltd and have now re-branded as VerdeGO Timber Frame. We now have our own 10,000 sq ft manufacturing facility at Priddy’s Hard, in the heart of the south coast. We are bringing our extensive experience of importing European timber frame full closed panel systems to the UK market, with our fully integrated systems. VerdeGO Timber Frames have developed a number of standard wall types and associated technical details which respond to almost all details encountered in the design process. All external walls include a fire rated breather membrane, minimum 120mm PIR Insulation, Internal Vapour Control / Air Tightness layer, and battens to form a service void. Our standard wall (as detailed below) is fully insulated, giving a default U-Value of 0.17W/m2K. This is the minimum performing wall we produce. We also offer standard U-Values of 0.15, 0.14 & 0.11 as “off the shelf” upgrades. Should you require anything different we can of course discuss that too. Within the VerdeGO Timber Frame factory we have 2 production lines with a capacity of circa 400 units per year. This facility also houses our entire team including admin, design and production in our newly constructed office environment.
