Overview

Verakis is a French institution lead by PhD Juliana Grazini dos Santos, and since 2007 has been working with the mediation and dissemination of the food and food sciences, in order to improve the flow and quality of information that circulates among professional specialists and the lay public. Verakis focuses on 3 axes of action: Professional Development; Humanization of scientific and technical knowledge; Business support in the food area. Through these actions, Verakis provides international and interdisciplinary exchanges, promotes networking, facilitates the understanding of the sciences by the lay public and assists in the effectiveness of food projects.
