Venture Engineering Projects (VEP) is a design engineering consultancy based in the North West of England and our associates have years of experience primarily in the nuclear industry. Our team of experienced project managers, engineers and designers can take a project from concept through to manufacturing design drawings and support through the manufacturing stage. VEP employ freelance project managers, engineers and designers to allow flexibility in mobilisation. We have the capacity and capability to manage projects of different sizes and complexity. We are a Small Medium Enterprise (SME) supporting our clients in design engineering projects with experienced teams. Nuclear Industry Our team have years of experience of working in the highly regulated Nuclear Industry for the provision of mechanical consultancy services from concept through to manufacturing design to a wide range of UK Nuclear Sites. - Option Studies - Mechanical Engineering - New Build - Concept - Scheme - Build to print manufacturing design - Support through manufacture, commissioning and install Project Management Venture Engineering Projects team have has a proven track history of delivering projects to time, cost and to scope. Our Project Management approach is aligned to the Association of Project Managers (APM) and the team have successfully delivered complex projects under a number of commercial models, including the NEC suite of contracts. Our team can use CEMAR®, an electronic contract management system for the management of the projects.
