Acquired by Ludiera Capital in January, 2013, Vengo Group once operated as an independent holding company with assets in energy production, healthcare, and asset management divisions. The acquisition by Ludiera Capital will allow the company to continue to strengthen it's core enterprises while allowing divesture when prudent of other enterprises.
