TW has in its portfolio some of the most respected and well known brands in the country, including Velona, Arista, Top Gear, Angel Lace, Tuff and Tumble, Pink and Pink, Superknit, Body Fit and Velona Cuddles. The Velona baby range that includes nappies, towels, baby suits and other essential products which complete a baby's layette, has been the most trusted choice of mothers for the last six decades. We consider it an honour to be the market leader in this product category with over 45 percent of the market share. Our extensive distribution networks in the island, exceeds 5000 Retail outlets up to date. This in turn ensures that our products are extensively available across the country. Presently, Threadworks owns 6 boutique outlets in Colombo under two brands, namely Arista and Velona. In 2012, Threadworks (Pvt) Ltd. ventured into the disposable diaper market by developing a high quality diaper under the brand name “Velona Cuddles” which is now the #1 diaper in the Sri Lankan market. Since the introduction of the Velona Cuddles classic diaper a number of hygiene products including training pants for toddlers (Ezy Pants), Swim Diapers, Wet Wipes, Adult Diapers, & Disposable Bed Liners have been successfully added to the product portfolio.
