Providing effective consultancy and support on management, strategy and organisational development for nonprofit organisations working in the areas of sustainability, the promotion of a plantbased diet, and human and animal welfare. Projects: 2016-2021: Organisational development of ProVeg Nederland incl the development and implementation of processes. March 2022-now: Support the organisational development of multiple branches of ProVeg International. Working on Strategy, HR processes and national Fundraising strategy.
