Over the period he has developed experienced team of Investment professionals, financial liaison, Lawyers, Investment Bankers, Regulatory experts and service providers. Our business partners and associate net work extend to New York, London, Zurich, Abu Dhabi, Hong Kong and Singapore. Over the period we have structured few corporate deals of PIPE and PE/VC. Veer Capital handles the magnitude for the challenging assignment necessitating uninterrupted synchronization of every internal and external agencies – The Management, Company Executives – Finance Accounts & Legal, Chartered Accountant, Valuers, Company Secretary, High Court Lawyers & Counsel, Registrar of Companies, Stock Exchanges, Share Registrar, etc. Veer Value Venture LLP: We invest for long term in Indian Equities and Mutual Funds.
