Vechem is founded by Oktay Karakoç Foreign Trade Company in 2005, with an aim to create a dedicated and reliable branding and manufacturing of leather chemicals. With 20 years of experience in the Turkish Industry and implementing the German knowledge and influence into its ground R&D, Vechem has started producing finishing chemicals in 2008 and followingly, the wet-end chemicals in 2013. Aiming for sustainability and high quality over its product range and services, Vechem Chemicals has always aimed to strengthen the Turkish Chemical Industry and the leather manufacturing culture in Turkey with the ideology of constantly being “fast and innovative”, grounding the company’s scientific background to high technology products and applications.
