We also conduct special hourly sessions for special occasions( Women's day, International Yoga day etc) Personally I am a Svyasa certified international trainer, with a Diploma and Master's degree in Yogic Science, and all our other trainers are well educated Correct Postures🧘♀️ - We have numerous styles of yoga and meditation to choose from. Teachings are based around the five points of yoga - postures, breathing, relaxation, meditation, and diet. Focusing on correct postures, we do not focus on completing our curriculum but your right practice to Yoga.
