The company’s leading product, the VEST (Venous External Scaffolding Technology), is a novel external mechanical support for autologous vein grafts, intended for improving vein graft longevity. Pre-clinical and clinical studies confirmed that by restraining wall tension and improving lumen uniformity, the VEST optimizes vein graft hemodynamics and mitigates vein graft disease. Randomized controlled trials and real-world data studies in Europe, demonstrated the biomechanical effect of external stenting, its statistically significant mitigation of vein graft disease, and improved clinical outcomes.
