Established in 1989, Vancouver’s Downtown Association (VDA) is a 501(c)(3) community development organization dedicated to the revitalization and development of downtown Vancouver, Washington. The VDA works with & represents over 250+ businesses in downtown Vancouver—acting as a resource, promoter, and advocate.
