Mission Empowering people to be able to do meaningful work with the use of intelligent technology which is designed to adapt and remove barriers and obstacles in the way of access to work. Vision When it comes to technology, it is quite often said that just because it can doesn’t necessarily mean we should. We want to turn that on its head. We believe in the true democratisation of intelligent technology; since society as a whole shares the risk it is only fair that society as a whole shares the benefit. Disabled access to work is a shared problem, with a sever lack of access to purposeful work. Making up 15% of the population, disabled persons deserve access to meaningful and purposeful work; because technology that empowers those to do what they previous could not do, and that’s what our tech will do. Through the lived experience, we know what it means to be unable to do, and technology provides the tool to empower those to command a computer and web-based software with the intricacy and accuracy of mouse and key. Data science is one of the fasted growing and exciting industries and will continue to grow. Therefore, beginning with grassroots entry jobs we aim to open the tech work and enable access to roles such as data entry, document review and data manipulation – or data science – and empower up skills the workforce of the future.
