So let us introduce ourselves.🔥 We are a big family (with as many as 16 people in house, and about 15 more freelancing), we love and value every employee, and therefore we select "family members" very carefully. 😉 We love numbers and reports, we love to argue and debate, we value critical thinking and use it in every process. We are constantly learning, growing, evolving, changing approaches, but one thing is never-changing — our inner fervor! Our philosophy is summed up in the phrase: "Self-discovery is a lifelong journey". And the corresponding principles follow from it: • we discover ourselves to give more and better; • we value time; • we give more than we offer; • we care about the client's product as if it were our own. The final product is our brainchild, so we prioritize quality over quantity. We are willing to compromise, but our main goal is balance, keeping initiative on both sides. If a client doesn't share our philosophy, it's easier to let him go. We are in favor of creativity. But creative solutions do not always bring the desired result, so we focus on creating effective solutions for the needs of business and users.
