Overview

US&A, or Uniting Strategists and Activists, is a network of strategists, activists, data scientists, and creatives. We build brand allyship for companies by helping them mindfully engage in social impact. We are dedicated to using data to understand a consumer base's problems in modern life. Then, we create a team of activists, strategists, and creatives to help companies provide innovative, impactful, and interesting, ways to address these problems. Finally, our young designers and writers help companies engage with an often younger and unforgiving audience in the ways that make sense for them. This year, we have seen many lose hope in the electoral process, lose hope in our institutions, and lose hope in government that no longer governs with the consent of the governed. We believe if a company thinks of marketing not as "communications to influence consumer behavior", but as actions that fix the problems so many of us are facing, they can do something once provided only by politicians: they can bring back hope. This is why US&A does not help companies achieve "brand love." We do something more important: We help companies achieve brand allyship.
