Our Lending Fund focuses on short term loans (6 to 30 months) to small businesses, GP loans to Private Equity Funds, contract financing for NHL & NFL Athlete's, and receivables financing. Our sweet spot is $500k to $7.5 million loans, Mezz rates with flexible structures in a variety of industries. The business must be a minimum of 3 years old and $3 million in revenue. The USSC Venture Fund looks to invest in early revenue companies based primarily in the Southeast. We look for big ideas that are scalable.
