Upward Training & Development was founded in 2022 by Megan Bujnowski, who had a vision to see safety training within the tree care industry revolutionized. As a ISA Certified Arborist who has been active within the industry for over 20 years, she saw an innate need to bring affordable, specialized safety training solutions to large and small companies alike throughout the country. By utilizing enthusiasm and innovation she believes we can create positive change by inspiring people to embody a higher standard of safety practices. Thus creating a positive, safe, and harmonious work place environment.
