Upstate is a boutique fitness company, we are on a mission to help people create a positive state of mind through movement, connection and positivity. Our class offerings span a range of fitness modalities including Yoga, Reformer Pilates, Boxing and Hot Pilates. We have a strong fitness community with six locations in Victoria and have growth plans to expand and open studios nationally.
