UMST is a private, non-profit making University, located in Khartoum, Sudan. UMST was established in 1996 to serve the educational needs of Sudanese, African and Arab students. In the years since its foundation the University has expanded to include 14 faculties. These include: A medical preparatory college, Medicine, Pharmacy, Medical Laboratory Sciences, Dentistry, , Nursing Sciences, Computer Science & Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, Radiology, Anesthetic Sciences, Economic, Social & Environmental Studies, Mass Communications and Law. UMST also offers a diploma from its School of Nursing Technology. UMST was established with the vision of providing quality university graduates. We believe that in recent times, government universities in the whole of Africa and the Arab world have deteriorated in the face of diminishing resources both in terms of human experts and materials.
