Overview

The University of the Environment (UMA) is an educational institution specialized in environmental studies located in Valle de Bravo, State of Mexico, Mexico. Its mission is to become a relevant player in seeking solutions to the current ecological crisis, by training leaders and acting as an incubator for environmental projects. UMA was launched in 2007 through its Environmental Enterprise Incubator. To date it has helped create three firms focusing on renewable energy sources, water, and waste disposal.
