Unitrade Group Holding emerged in March 2004 as a result of the restructuring of the Unitrade group of companies. Due to the profound knowledge of the ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) market obtained during its 15 years of successful operation, as well as the team of qualified specialists, the Holding has been able to retain leading positions in various segments of Ukraine’s ICT market. As of today, the structure of Unitrade Group includes a Group of trading companies, a company engaged in the development of commercial real estate, the Udicom wholesale company, the B.Zone consulting company, and Service Master, a service company.
