United Asphalt Company is headquartered in Cedar Brook, New Jersey and was founded in 1963 as a manufacturer of Roof Cements, Coatings and Packaged Asphalt. The company is third generation, family-owned and operated; the president Mark Umosella Sr. has added Tapered Edge, Elastomeric Coating, Industrial Cutbacks (Highway & Roofing) and Industrial Coatings to their manufacturing capabilities.
