Unitechange.org allowed individual donors to pool small donations to back larger, curated projects in Kenya. We partnered with local communities in underserved areas to develop opportunity infrastructure, such as libraries. After a project has been sourced and prepared, we would deploy donations while providing feedback and transparency to donors. Individual donors would receive real-time video and email updates from the local communities, tracking project status from start to finish.
