Overview

We guide NYC university students, their roommates, and their parents/guarantors through the apartment search process to pair them with off-campus housing. As current and former NYC students ourselves we understand the ensuing headache when it comes time to transition from dorm to apartment — what we call "Undorming". We are experts in navigating through the student-specific obstacles in the apartment rental space and most importantly prioritize satisfaction by pairing our methods with a friendly and relatable customer service experience.
