At Unbalanced Boss Media, we are on a mission to share real-world solutions through resources and content for women who are tired of the unequal emotional labor we endure, tired of feeling unheard, and tired of feeling unseen. We want to create a community of women who are inspired, unapologetic, and believe in radical change. “Women are the majority of people in the United States. We are the super majority. And yet, we are unrepresented.” As women, we want to be heard and seen. Unbalanced Boss Media provides stories, resources, and content on real ways to live a fulfilling life – being our true, unapologetic selves. With all the roles and responsibilities, a woman has, it is an impossible standard to live up to trying to balance everything. The very idea of creating balance for everything has caused many of us to be mentally exhausted and simply burnt out! On our platforms, we get real – we provide real insights and have real conversations about being women and doing all we do. We no longer need to hide and discuss our feelings or drown our frustrations out in the shower. We want to be heard. This community will roar louder and be bolder because we are strong, and we will realize that more women are changing the narrative of balance by living life on their terms – choosing what works for them and their families. We want this space to be one where we can have candid, vulnerable and honest discussions about the reality of being a woman and doing all that we do!
