EMPREP Consulting Inc. is now doing being as Utility Management and Installation Solutions (UMIS). UMIS is a utility management consulting and construction service provider that works with municipal and private utilities to help them get the best from their management team and infrastructure assets. We provide utility operation assessments, smart utility metering project development, and utility system maintenance and construction services. In addition, we work with municipal utilities, HOA, and condominium associations to develop emergency readiness plans and procedures for their effective response to utility emergencies. UMIS is a Disabled Veteran and Minority Owned business certified by the State of Florida.
