The UHC is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to meeting the needs of vulnerable people living in Windsor-Essex County. We improve the quality of life by providing much needed programs and services that move people to independence and allow them to achieve their desired outcomes. Through offering 26 programs and services we focus on four pillars – basic human needs, employment services, training and education and newcomer settlement services. We are the hub for the Windsor-Essex Food Bank Association representing 15 member food banks across Windsor-Essex County.
