Overview
Sociology, cultural anthropology and social work involve the study of human behavior in groups and the adaptations necessary for life in today's world. At the University of Dayton, our majors and minors develop the skills necessary for a career, social service or for advanced study. The Department of Sociology, Anthropology and Social Work offers a Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology, as well as minors in sociology, anthropology, and social work. The minors are designed to fit well with our major, and can also be combined with any other major at UD.
