UCT Summer school is an analogue to The University of Cape Town, among the top 250 universities in the world, which provides access for the public to world class experts, research and programmes intended to address key areas of our natural world. Over 70 years of successful Summer Schools have made it the educational spectacle it is today.🏛️ The annual Summer School programme, run by the Centre for Extra-Mural Studies, offers a range of short courses open to all, regardless of educational qualifications. These courses: 🟣 Make recent university research available to the general public 🔴Provide a range of study options drawing on different disciplines 🟡 Stimulate debate about important issues 🔵 Encourage a diverse community of students to enjoy adult study. All courses are for non-degree purposes and involve no examinations.
