Overview
The dedicated team of professionals in the VMTH provide the most advanced medical, surgical, and diagnostic services to owners and referring veterinarians. Our team is comprised of experienced board-certified veterinary specialists, veterinary residents in advanced specialist training programs, animal health technicians and nurses, client service representatives, animal caretakers, and veterinary students. All work together toward the common goal of delivering the highest possible standard of compassionate veterinary care to ill or injured animals, while training the veterinary practitioners and veterinary specialists of the future. Our world-renowned faculty members constantly make new discoveries, generate new knowledge, and develop new techniques to advance animal health, and the VMTH provides the most up-to-date equipment and technology so that our professional team can offer your animal the best possible care. While many animal owners are referred to the VMTH by veterinarians in private practice, a substantial number seek out our expertise and services on their own and "self refer". In addition to the many clinical services available through regularly scheduled appointments, we provide emergency care to sick or injured animals and foals 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
