JOSTRA is one of the most experienced consulting companies in Lithuania which was founded in 1995. During its lifetime JOSTRA had implemented about 300 projects in Lithuania and foreign countries and established strong ties and useful connections within independent experts and different EU funds and institutions during execution of them.
