U&I has conducted 10,000+ engagements among 10,000+ volunteers in 5,00,000+ hours where 2,000+ engagement hours were virtual. Being one of the trusted platforms for CSR and volunteering, U&I is leading India's Social Impact Movement virtually. Started in 2011 by Satish Manchikanti and Ajit Sivaram, U&I empowers young people to step up, lead, and be the change.
