Texas Community Capital (TCC) ), is a Texas wide non-profit certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) loan fund & lending intermediary. We provide loan products and development services to Texas CDCs, CDFIs and other community development organizations. Founded in 2004, by the Texas Association of Community Development Corporations (TACDC) in partnership with the Texas State Affordable Housing Corporation (TSAHC), TCC partners with mission-driven organizations to serve low-to-moderate income households in traditionally marginalized and excluded communities. We provide access to capital to create and preserve affordable housing.
