Overview

There are too few women in top leadership positions. The underlying cause, however, unfolds much earlier. Gender parity amongst new hires is quickly lost as employees enter the family planning stage and women drop out disproportionally from their career path. After that, the female talent pipeline never recovers. TWISE provides an easy fix: Using a collaborative work model, TWISE resolves the conflict between the part-time preference of mothers vs. the full-time expectation of companies when it comes to top leadership - thus preventing mothers to drop out. Specifically, TWISE finds a matching female talent from its proprietary pool to support a pregnant leader or expert. Together they form a tandem partnership using a 20/80-jobsharing variant to bridge the maternity leave as a team. Win-Win-Win: The pregnant leader takes maternity leave but remains engaged and focussed on her career. Her tandem partner successfully rejoins the workforce. Companies can plan on a robust female talent pipeline enabling diversity across all levels. Why TWISE: Patented selection & untapped pool: We select candidates using traditional headhunter expertise and smart algorithms. We give equal weight to skills and personality criteria since the latter is crucial for effective tandem partnerships. Our patented personality matching algorithm has been empowering recruiters internationally since 2013. Our proprietary TWISE pool consists of highly qualified female leaders and experts who are ready to rejoin the workforce as part of a female tandem. Optimized user experience: We support our customers, particularly, their internal employee and her external tandem partner through a targeted onboarding curriculum. Mission-driven pricing strategy: Our model not only adds value through the proven effect of diversity on corporate performance. We also offer financial gain. Our fees are structured to amortize assuming a 20% premium off the salary of the incoming tandem partner.
