Tusya Travel & Hospitality Services is training company that conducts outbound training, behavioural skills training, team building workshops using the experiential learning and adult learning methodologies that are hands on, engaging, fun, and responsible for employee retention and motivation. ___Our Objective___ To focus on adventure–based outdoor training activities, with stress on safety and satisfaction. We customize our programs to suit the organizational requirement. Making training interesting and realistic is our forte. We work on the ‘experiential learning’ platform with focus on ‘enhancing human effectiveness’ as our desired result. Lessons are derived through games, group activities, adventure, case studies, role plays, etc. In today’s competitive market, the need of the hour is an employee who is a smart worker, flexible team member and these are qualities which can be more effectively developed in an experiential setting than the conventional classroom training. In an outdoor environment, the participants can take the challenges in a positive atmosphere in absence of the familiar influences and the support present within the work place.
