For over 55 years, Turning Point Center for Youth and Family Development has been serving families, children, and young adults with untreated mental health, behavioral health, and substance use issues that interfere with their ability to lead healthy and productive lives. What began as an emergency shelter for local youth in 1967 grew into a multi-faceted agency offering top-notch residential, transition, and holistic community-centered services for at-risk youth and their families throughout Colorado. While much has changed since its inception, the core mission of Turning Point remains - to provide a high-quality, structured, and therapeutic environment with growth and change opportunities for everyone involved. Turning Point is committed to its vision of a community of empowered, healthy, and responsible families and adolescents appreciating and affirming themselves and others.
