Turkish International Model United Nations (TIMUN), is a THIMUN-affiliated Model UN conference that takes place every year in Istanbul, Turkey. Founded in 1994 as the first MUN conference in Turkey, it has proven its place as one of the most prestigious and dynamic hubs of youth discourse in the World. In the past, TIMUN has been frequented by political figures, leaders and cultural icons like former UNDP chiefs, Ministers of Economy, ambassadors, world-renowned professors and famous anchormen and women. Upholding its principle of diligence, TIMUN continues to inspire youth of all nations every year.
